COVID-19 Update 2023

SweetSatya® is continuing to take all precautions as COVID-19, is running rapid throughout the world.  I have personally taken extraordinary measures to adapt in these trying times regarding cleaning and disinfecting.  Rest assure my warehouse and studio is not available to the public and I do not have any visitors or employees at any time.   

According to the https://www.cdc.gov/, COVID-19  won't be going away any time soon, making it crucial for me to sanitize before and after postal deliveries, shopping and all other outside activities.  I also clean and disinfect all high traffic areas to doorknobs, counter tops and light switches. The CDC includes several recommendations on how to clean and disinfect surface areas in which I strictly follow.  I maintain clean work areas including and not limited to keeping a clean drill press, jewelers bench and wiping down keyboards, touch pads, computer mouse, copiers, printers and other devices commonly used in an office and Artist studio environment.  I follow manufacturer directions for the safest way to keep the equipment and raw materials clean without causing damage.  All raw materials have always been thoroughly sanitized prior to being brought into the work areas.

The novel Corona Virus, COVID-19 Update 2023, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people.

SweetSatya® has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, I cannot guarantee that you or your family will not become infected with COVID-19 Update 2023. Further, purchasing crystal jewelry could increase your risk and your family the risk of contracting COVID-19 but I should not be held responsible.  Once it leaves SweetSatya's facilities I cannot be held liable should you contract COVID-19 upon delivery.
