SWEETSATYA® 3 STEP SHOPPING PROCEDURE

1. I will reach out to you after you place your order.

2. You will be able to pick your own Crystal and Cording Size.

3. I will begin creating the production for your order

All orders will ship within 2-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS.

When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

All orders are sent via priority mail unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if overnight or special delivery is needed.

Product Specifications: The pieces of raw material we use have character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, blemishes, grains, knots, indentations, and other cosmetic defects.  Therefore natural variations do occur and should be expected.  No two healing/product pieces of a given style will be perfect, identical.  All pieces are available in the custom gem and cording combinations.  SweetSatya ships items that conform to the samples shown at Trade Shows, Videos, Website, and in person.  We also sell wholesale to buyers with proper ID.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
